As many Iron Butterfly Jewellery pieces are personalised, engraved, or made to order, returns and exchanges are not available for change of mind purchases.
Please ensure all personalisation details, including names, dates, and spelling, are entered correctly when placing your order. Iron Butterfly Jewellery is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your parcel so I can work with you to resolve the problem.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and real-life products. Due to the nature of 3D printed items, slight layer lines or small imperfections may be visible.
Personalised or engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
