As each piece is created with care, please allow the following processing times before your order is shipped:

• Engraved pieces are shipped within 10 business days.
• Non-engraved pieces are shipped within 5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email where available.

Please note that delivery times are in addition to the processing times above and may vary depending on your location within New Zealand.

Rural delivery addresses may take slightly longer to arrive.
